Pam, if you have had an unexpected hardship, defined as something occuring beyond your ability and control, I suggest you fight to keep your home and ask for assistance through a local HUD approved counseling agency.

Not all are created equal so be sure and ask about their success rate and if they can help you determine upfront if you actually qualify based on the basic underwriting criteria. In my humble opinion, the good one can do this.

I live in AZ but am 65% underwater on my home. AZ has been really hit hard in the housing market. Investors built up the price of homes so you had to buy ab expensive one and then they fell. My original price was 312 thousand dollars and now it is only worth 140 thousand according to an appraisal in April. We are current on our payments. Chase holds the first mortagage and Bank of America holds the second morgage 25 thousand. We had two loans because that is the way the lender suggested to refinance my home to eliminate the extra insurance premian amount. We also put down 39 thousand with the original amount. What do you suggest we do?

im living in my home for 10 years and i live in concord ca i m going through forclosure and i just got dignosed with h.ploria so im not doing great but im afraid to lose my home please if you could really help me id be so blessed.
