Credit Repair

February 3rd, 2010

Chris, I have a client who did a short sale back in July with another agent, they want to make sure everything was reported to the bureaus correctly and get it back on track, also if there is anything on there that shouldn’t be that they can get removed so they can purchase again in 2 years. Do we have any affiliates in the credit repair line that you can recommend?

Thanks, I will look for that report when you put it out.

    I am working on this.
I realize that many will need a good credit repair company that can accomplish beyond what the Non-Profits can. The challenge is associating with the correct for profit group that will place service to the client above all else.
I have run into a couple and in the next report I send out, I will ask those who focus in this area to interview with HELP so may consider a HELP Certification for them.
In the meantime, any “lender” can pull a credit report, with the clients permission, for approximately $15.00 and review what in fact was reported. I will tell you that changing what was reported with the lender after the fact, can be extremely difficult.
