B of A Mortgage (from Countrywide)

March 16th, 2010

I refinanced my loan in 2005 with Countrywide. As you know, B of A took over that company and the loans.  Before that happened, I compiled my package of information for them (CW) containing the usual stuff like hardship letter, bank statements, pay stubs, etc.  Now, I am having to do it for the fourth time; the second for B of A.  In Nevada, there is a mediation program of which whereby foreclosures don’t happened immediately, they have to go through the Superior Court for mediation.  Do you know anything about Nevada’s programs or Nevada law?  If so, maybe you can point me in a direction where I can get some more information.  I have searched everything I can find.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

You mentioned the NV process and it sounds like a great opportunity. Have you tried this process yet?
